Do bosses have to supply you with a w4 form? and doesn't he need your address for the mailing of the w2 form?

See my former boss hired people without getting ss#'s but took taxes out of their pay? Plus no pay stubs are given, so you don't know breakdown of what taxes came out or what you made or paid year to date? You go by what he says. Not even sure if he's reporting correctly. What can you do? I do know of at least 5 former employees that he never gave a w4 to but did deduct taxes ...with no address?? and some no ss # ?? reply please any input will help.
